Modeled a toy airplane in SolidWorks from measurements and reference photos, using symmetry, lofted surfaces, splines, guide curves, fillets, and split features to capture its aerodynamic form and injection-molded details. Built the fuselage, wings, tail, propeller, cockpit, and wheels as dimensioned components, then assembled them into a cohesive CAD model with matching interfaces. The project strengthened my ability to translate a physical object into a manufacturable 3D design while managing complex curvature, fit, and drawing constraints.
